A connected veterinary product ecosystem spanning clinic operations, appointment access, and care beyond the hospital.
From 2017 to 2024, I designed products across Petco’s veterinary ecosystem, connecting the systems used by hospital teams with the experiences customers use to find and access care.
The work ranged from a hospital management platform deployed to 288 clinics to telehealth and consumer appointment routing. Together, the projects show how a product suite can support care across operational, clinical, and customer contexts. Detailed case studies are available upon request.
